Meet Nicole

Founder and Instructor

Movement has always brought me joy. Growing up, I was active in sports, most competitively as a figure skater. As an adult, my passion for exercise fueled my curiosity to try a variety of workouts....strength training, running (2X Boston Marathoner!), cycling, yoga, and Pilates.

I fell in love with the practice of Pilates because of the sustainability of the low impact style, but also because of how it made me feel. I felt strong, in control, more present, and challenged both mentally and physically.

In 2021, I pursued my Balanced Body Certification and acquired a NASM personal training certification. When I started teaching, I quickly realized my method had a twist. My reformer workouts were uniquely fast paced with an athletic focus. Enter: Patton Pilates.

A space to move, sweat, connect, rebalance and breathe. A workout that feels empowering, challenging, energizing and, of course, fun! A community for athletes, moms (or soon-to-be), beginners, pilates pros and everyone in between.

Hope to see you on a reformer soon!

xx, Nicole

Meet Lou

Instructor

With nearly 12 years of experience in fitness, I’m passionate about helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, and challenge themselves in new ways.

I love Patton Pilates because it blends athletic, intentional movement with breathwork. The result is a workout that enhances performance, supports longevity, and carries over into everyday life and other training modalities I enjoy.

Originally from North Carolina, I’ve called the South Shore home for the past several years. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me exploring new dog-friendly spots in the community with my best girl, my golden doodle Sadie.

Grateful to be a part of this community and excited to meet all of you!

xx, Lou
